Payer rules you can prove.
Medicare DME today. All of Medicare and Medicaid next.
When CMS changes a rule, Verzi Health keeps every version. Pick a code and a date of service, and see the policy text that was in force that day, with a receipt.
What a receipt is
A receipt is the policy text that was in force on the date of service, with its version and its source. It carries a hash of the source bytes, so you can replay it: fetch the same document, check the hash, and get the same text.
For example, the public source archive shows which version of LCD L33718 was in force on December 20, 2023. No key needed.
A receipt shows what the published rule said. It is not a guarantee of payment or medical necessity.
Two ways in
A free key covers the source archive and the catalog. Signed answers and the full CMS text are a paid plan, granted per account during the private beta. The first 3 design partners get 90% off for 12 months, then the regular price. Contact us for access and pricing.
Live today, and in progress
Live today
- The Coverage KB: every version of the DME MAC LCDs and policy articles since October 2015, by date of service, and the documentation the rule in force required.
- The source archive and as-of resolution: public, no key.
- Signed answers with receipts for Medicare DME, from the API and the MCP server, on a paid plan.
- Documentation labels in the receipt for E0601, K0001, E1390 and L1833, in two clearly marked groups: approved, and double-checked by two independent automated reviews but not yet reviewed by a certified coder. Coder review is in progress, and labels cover part of each policy so far. The receipt always quotes the full CMS section in force on the date of service.
In progress
- We are finishing four codes first, from every source through to the receipt: E0601, K0001, E1390 and L1833.
- Labels for the rest of those policies, and the first ones for L1833.
- Provider standing, fees and coding edits in the Coverage KB.
