What will be measured
- Correctness against the archived source: whether a replay returns the version that was in force, and how often the version is wrong.
- Comparison with public Medicare files: CMS claim and utilization public use files, and CERT and RAC denial reasons, where those files name a DME result.
No rate, rank, or dollar figure is stated here until that work is on the page.
