Medicare DME HCPCS codes

Each page quotes the current DME MAC LCD that lists the code, the related National Coverage Determination when the LCD names one, and the documentation or denial sentences CMS actually wrote.

CMS Coverage API read 2026-10-13. 1781 HCPCS Level II codes appear on the current final DME MAC LCDs. This set of 200 keeps every named example the LCD lists (E0601, E0260, K0001, A4253, E1390), at least one code from each LCD, then about 40 L codes, 20 K codes, and 30 A or B codes, and fills the rest in CMS code order from E, K, L, A, and B. An LCD page names Level II codes that do not have their own page. It links only pages that exist.

For RCM teams, DME suppliers, and payers who need the same published rule. Browse the LCDs, read denial language, or use the glossary.
